Matt likes to utilize a large toolbox of interventions when helping clients. With his outgoing personality, he prioritizes connection and active listening. He harnesses that connection to work with the client and find what works best for them.

One of Aayesha’s favorite compliments from her clients came from one of her younger clients, who said, “Of course you listen to a therapist! They’re so wise!!”

When I asked Michelle what she finds most rewarding in her work, she told me that it’s when her clients let her know that their sessions are having a real, positive impact on them, or when a client is able to use skills learned in the sessions to aid in their daily life.
