Abby Liu, LSW, specializes in Emotionally Focused Therapy and tailors her therapeutic interventions to suit the unique needs of her clients. She is passionate about providing her clients with a safe, compassionate, and judgment-free space in which to overcome psychological blocks; process and reframe hurts and traumas; discover new possibilities; and find peace and self-compassion. Abby works with individuals and couples who seek help with relationships, anxiety, depression, life transitions, loneliness and disconnection, loss and grief, workplace difficulties, and family stress. She is a trained facilitator in Emotions Education 101™. Abby firmly believes in the transformative power of a collaborative therapeutic relationship to empower clients to live authentic lives and flourish in mind, body, and spirit.
