Aayesha Alvi, LPC, M.A specializes in Emotionally Focused Therapy providing both in-person and telehealth treatment. Aayesha also specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, helping clients with anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation and ADHD. 

Aayesha works with youth, adolescents, adults, and couples; in addition to couples counseling, Aayesha offers pre-marital counseling.
