Jeremy Lichtman, PsyD, specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and oversees the CBT and DBT divisions of Central Therapy.

 

Jeremy specializes in the evaluation and treatment of youth, adolescents, and adults with severe emotional dsyregulation, self-injuring behaviors, suicidal ideation, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Tourette syndrome, the range of anxiety disorders, OCD, and trichotillomania (hairpulling). Jeremy is certified in CBIT (Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics), and is certified in MDMA-assisted therapy for PTSD.

 

Knowing how difficult any therapeutic work can be, Jeremy cares deeply about creating and maintaining a compassionate, caring environment for each one of his clients. He sees children, teens, and adults.

Jeremy sees clients via telehealth and in person in Highland Park, NJ.
