Simi Lichtman, LCSW, specializes in Emotionally Focused Therapy, and oversees the EFT division of Central Therapy. 

Simi specializes in working with survivors of trauma, as well as with couples. She is trained in sex therapy and applies this training as appropriate in individual and couples therapy. Her clients have included domestic violence victims, sexual violence survivors, incarcerated offenders, and LGBTQ youth and adults, among others. Simi is an ICEEFT-Certified EFT Therapist; is certified in MDMA-assisted therapy for PTSD; and is also a certified Building A Lasting Connection facilitator for premarital counseling. 

Her caring and empathic approach creates a safe and comfortable environment which allows her clients to process their past, accept their present, and shape their future. She sees couples and adults of all genders and sexuality.

Simi sees clients via telehealth and in person in Highland Park, NJ.
